1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Nise88 website or using any of its services — including game play, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, or account management — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Nise88 uses OTP (One-Time Password) verification and SSL encryption to protect your account, but your password is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately through the live chat feature. Nise88 will not be liable for losses that result from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, Nise88 requires you to complete a KYC verification process. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Nise88 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Nise88 does not accept cancellations after a bet is placed, except where a market is voided.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are the odds that will apply to settlement, unless a clear pricing error occurred.
• In-play bets are subject to live market conditions. Delays in internet connection at your end do not entitle you to cancel a live bet.
• Nise88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the rules of each individual selection within the bet.

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, poker hands, or betting markets.
• Use of automated tools — bots, scripts, or any software that automates gameplay or betting decisions.
• Money laundering — using Nise88 deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds. Nise88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities on AML compliance.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account per person, household, or device.

9 Intellectual Property

Game titles and their associated content are owned by the respective game providers and are used on Nise88 under licence. Nise88 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nise88 will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from interrupted internet connectivity on your end during a live game or bet
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental losses of any kind
• Technical failures caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors or game studios

Nise88 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Nise88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion where we have reason to believe that:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• An account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Nise88 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal, subject to completed KYC verification.

12 Changes to These Terms

Nise88 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after a change has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
